ESTP comments on the upcoming REACH restriction on tattoo and permanent make-up inks

In December 2018, the ECHA announced the 2nd public consultation on the Draft opinion of the ECHA Committee for Socio-economic Analysis (SEAC) on the proposed restriction on substances in tattoo and permanent make-up inks. The members of the ESTP board compiled a second extensive comment about the drawbacks and limitations of the proposed restriction under REACH. The ESTP board also reached out to all members of the society to contribute during this important legislational step that will likely bring many changes to the field in the next years.
