JCR Reports

The Joint Research Center (JCR) is a science and knowledge service for the European Commission. Together with experts of the EU member states the JRC worked on several reports urgently needed to update the list of prohibited substances given by ResAP(2008)1 and investigated which criteria would be needed for a safety assessment of tattoo ink ingredients.
